Customer proximity despite COVID restrictions
Risk areas, restrictions and now also Lockdown Light make it difficult for all of us to do our daily work. This also applies to acceptance tests, customer visits or presentations of machines and systems.
That is why we have upgraded ourselves with new hardware and software and have already carried out a first attempt of a “digital shipping acceptance” on a customer testbench.
This was also received very positively by our customer and therefore we will continue to optimize and use this type of communication and presentation.
